We collect:
Business Information
Business name, ABN, contact details, user account information
Customer Information (Entered by Users)
Customer names, addresses, contact details and project details. This data is controlled by the user, not TRAiDMIN.
Voice Data
We do not store voice recordings. We generate text transcriptions from voice input.
Technical Information

We use information to:
• Operate the App
• Generate quotes
• Provide CRM functionality
• Provide customer support
• Improve product performance
• Debug and optimise software
We do not: Sell data, use customer data for marketing, share customer data for advertising
Data is hosted on Google Cloud. We implement reasonable security safeguards.
We may access text transcriptions for: Customer support, bug resolution and product optimisation.
We may use: Google Cloud (hosting), Xero (integration), Open Ai (AI processing)
Each third party has its own privacy terms.
TRAiDMIN retains user data while accounts remain active in order to provide the services of the App. If an account is deleted, associated data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Certain information may be retained for longer where required for:
• Legal or regulatory complianceFraud prevention or security monitoring
• Backup and disaster recovery processes
• Backup data is automatically removed according to internal data lifecycle policies.
TRAiDMIN does not retain voice recordings. Only text transcriptions generated from voice input may be stored while the account is active.
Users may request deletion of their TRAiDMIN account and associated data at any time.

Upon receipt of a verified request:
• The user account will be permanently deleted
• Associated business information and CRM data will be removed from active systems
• Customer data stored within the account will be deleted
• Voice transcription data associated with the account will be removed
Deletion is typically completed within 30 days of a verified request. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
During the Closed Beta period, account deletion requests are handled through customer support.
Users may request: Access to their data, correction of inaccurate data and account deletion
