You can request deletion of your TRAiDMIN account at any time. To delete your account, please email:
support@traidmin.com
From the email address associated with your TRAiDMIN account, include:
• Your full name• Your registered email address• A request to delete your account
You can also delete your TRAiDMIN account directly within the app.
To delete your account in the app:
• Go to Settings• Select Account Details• Tap Delete Account• Follow the prompts to confirm deletion
Important:
Deleting your account is permanent. Once confirmed:
• Your account will be permanently deleted• Access to TRAiDMIN services will be removed• Your profile, settings, and associated data will be deleted from active systems
Once your request is verified:
We aim to fully delete your personal data within 30 days of confirming your request.
However, some data may be retained for a limited period where required for:
• Legal or regulatory compliance• Fraud prevention and security• Financial record-keeping (e.g. invoices)
Any retained data will be securely stored and only used for these purposes.
If you have connected third-party services (such as Xero), you may need to manage or revoke access directly within those platforms.
TRAiDMIN is not responsible for data held by third-party providers.
